Christine (Chris) Schmitz Koch
Client Relations Manager
After a lengthy career in human resource management and college administration, Chris joined Wealth Management Group (WMG) in 2005 as Client Relations Manager. She was drawn to the Firm's “low volume, high touch” approach to client service, the antithesis of the high-stress, sales-driven environment she had previously experienced in a wirehouse setting.
Chris earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/Philosophy from St. John Fisher College, did graduate work at Adelphi University on Long Island, and holds Series 6 and 63 securities licenses. She enjoys the intricacy of financial services operations, but gains the most satisfaction from the interaction with WMG's wonderful clients. Along with her colleagues, Chris endeavors to elevate the client experience by responding enthusiastically, efficiently, and effectively to all service requests.
Chris is the mother of three children, Cassandra (Cassie), Matthew (Matt), and Gayle. Cassie's in Chicago, but Matt and Gayle remain local. Her personal interests include history, social science, cooking, movies, the Arts, and current events.
